Pet Owner scanned the Points-on-Purchase of and Start of Life ranges* with your Points-on-Purchase QR code.
Pet owners successfully sign-up as a new Royal Canin Club member with your referral code.

INTRODUCTION AND ELIGIBILITY
- The Royal Canin "Start Of Life Advisor Program" ("Program") is organized by Royal Canin Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Organiser") and is subject to the Terms and Conditions herein.
- The Program is open to all veterinary nurses who are registered with Malaysian Association of Veterinary Nurses and Assistants (MAVNA), and who are employed by a Vet Clinic customer of the Organiser (“Customer”) and that Customer must be a member of Royal Canin Club. If a participant stops being employed by a Customer of the Organiser at any time then the participant will no longer be able to participate in the Program. Each participant must have the written consent of the Customer that employs them before they can participate in the Program.
- The Program period will run from 00:00am, 15 March 2025 to 23:59pm 31 December 2025 ("Program Period"). The Organiser reserves the right to revise the Program Period at any time without prior notice or assign any reason whatsoever.
- To participate in the Program, each participant must register at https://club.royalcanin.com.my/vetstaffsignup and submit a copy of the consent of the Customer who employers them to the Business Development Manager in charge of the clinc branch.
- SOL Advisor Program Overview:
Participants that join the Program as SOL Advisors will be rewarded for their efforts in educating and guiding pet owners, and recommending the SOL ranges to pet owners. - Incentive Criteria:
- Active Participation: participants must actively engage in the SOL Advisor role by sharing their knowledge with pet owners during consultations.
- Recommendation & Conversion: participants who recommend the SOL range products will earn points and redeem exclusive rewards. Quarterly grand prizes (top 3 winners per quarter) will also be available.
- Types of Incentives:
- Starter Kits Distribution: participants may recommend SOL Starter Kits to pet owners. This helps pet owners kick-start their pet's healthy development while also rewarding participants for their involvement.
- RC Club Points: Each time a participant distributes a SOL starter kit, it must be recorded through the Royal Canin Club system. Pet owners need to be RC Club members and scan the kit to earn points for the participant.
- Exclusive Rewards: participants can redeem points for various items, with the highest point scorers earning exclusive rewards.
- Duration: 15th March - 31st December 2025
- Points earned by the participants cannot be transferred to other account(s) within the Program.
- If the Customer that employs a participant closes its account with Royal Canin then the participant can no longer participate in the Program.
- The 3 participants who earn the most points in each of the following quarterly periods (“Quarters”) will win additional prizes:
15 March 2025 to 14 June 2025
15 June 2025 to 14 September 2025
15 September 2025 to 14 December 2025
The additional prizes are:
- Grand Prize for top points earner in each Quarter: Canine or Feline First Aid CPR Certification Course worth RM1,099
- Silver Prize for second highest points earner in each Quarter: NAVC Human-Animal Bond Certification Course worth RM900
- Bronze Prize for third highest points earner in each Quarter: NAVC Certificate Veterinary Client Service Representative Course worth RM750
- Participants can win and additional prize in more than 1 Quarter.
- All reward redemptions will be subject to the terms and conditions of Royal Canin Club.
- Participants and their heirs shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents (including death) resulting from their participation in the Program, redemption and/or utilization of the rewards and agree to irrevocably and unconditionally release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any liability for any reason whatsoever.
- The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with any aspect of the Program and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Program.
- The Organisers' decision is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no further action will be taken against the Organiser.
- Subject to legal requirements, the Organiser may also at its absolute discretion cancel, terminate or suspend the Program at any time with or without prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the Program by the Organiser shall not entitle the participants to any claim or compensation for any losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the cancellation, termination or suspension.
- Each participant's personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the participant's consent provided to the Organiser and its affiliated companies and business units for the following purposes:
- To notify the participant if he/she is entitled to any rewards;
- To conduct, manage, and administer the Program including verifying the identity of participants for participation or prize collection;
- For consumer research and analysis, promotional, publicity, advertising and marketing purposes; and
- For the Organiser and its affiliates to obtain feedback on its products and services.
- All personal details submitted must be accurate, complete, and subject to proof at the request of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that interferes with the entry process. Personal data provided in connection with this Program shall be collected and managed in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy, which can be read here: http://www.mars.com/global/policies/privacy/pp-english
- By entering this Program, the participants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the Program and the decisions of the Organiser shall be final and binding. No appeal shall be entertained for any reason whatsoever.
- Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage to belongings or claims resulting from participation in the Program, and Participants shall fully indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser in relation to the same.
- The Program Terms & Conditions and the Program mechanics may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of the Program. The Program and its Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and be subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of the Malaysia courts.
