Terms and conditions
- Members are eligible for daily rewards based on their membership tier status. The minimum membership requirement for spin-to-win is Silver membership. Points earned and number of spins are determined by the membership tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum).
- Club points multiplier refers to the additional points earned via Points-on-Purchase.
- Additional points earned via Points-on-Purchase for Silver tier is capped at 150 points per day, Gold tier is capped at 300 points per day whereas Platinum tier is capped at 500 points per day. Once the limit is reached, no additional points will be awarded for that day.
- Membership tier determine the number of spin(s) per day. Once the member selects "I'll take this gift!", the gift is final, regardless of previous spin outcomes.
- Members are entitled to one gift per day, even if multiple spins are available. Additional spins do not increase the daily gift count.
- Gifts for the spin the wheel are available while stocks last.
- Gift obtained from the spin are final and cannot be exchanged or substituted for another gift. Members should refer to the individual gift terms and conditions as each gift terms may vary.
- The bonus points are awarded to members' account after spin wheel has been completed. Members can refer to My Points History to view their points transactions.
- This campaign is active from Nov 11 to Nov 15 2025. Royal Canin reserves the right to modify or discontinue the campaign at any time.
