Terms and Conditions

  1. Event Overview
    • Event Name: Purrfect Adventure
    • Event Dates: 9 & 10 May 2026 (Saturday & Sunday)
    • Event Time: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
    • Organizer: Royal Canin
  2. Eligibility and Registration
    1. Participation in the digital "Purr Discovery Journey" stamp collection is open to all event attendees who possess a compatible smartphone with internet access and a camera/NFC reader.
    2. To participate, attendees must scan the designated QR code at the event entrance to access the official event microsite.
    3. Membership Requirement: Participation requires an active registered account. Existing members will be prompted to log in. Non-members must complete the registration process to create a user account before accessing the microsite and participating in the campaign.
  3. Campaign Mechanism: The Purr Discovery Journey
    1. The objective of the campaign is to explore the event space and collect digital stamps via the event microsite.
    2. There are a total of six (6) educational stations (main modular) located throughout the event venue.
    3. To collect a stamp, participants must tap their phone on the NFC tag located at each station.
    4. Upon tapping the NFC tag, a question will appear on the participant's phone. A stamp will only be awarded on the microsite if the participant answers the question correctly.
    5. Participants can visit the stations and collect stamps in any sequence; there is no mandatory order.
    6. A minimum of four (4) stamps out of the possible six (6) must be collected to qualify for a reward.
  4. Gift Redemption
    1. Once a participant successfully collects at least four (4) stamps, the gift redemption page will unlock on their microsite dashboard.
    2. To claim the reward, the participant must proceed to the designated Redemption Counter.
    3. Strict Redemption Process: Participants must not click the redeem button themselves. The participant must present their phone to the authorized Event Crew. The Event Crew will tap the "Redeem" button to verify and process the claim.
    4. Once verified by the crew, the button will turn grey, indicating the reward has been claimed. This system ensures no double claims can be made.
    5. Redemptions are strictly limited to one (1) gift per registered user account.
    6. All gifts are subject to stock availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Royal Canin reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of similar value without prior notice.
  5. Pet Guidelines and Owner Responsibilities
    1. Liability: All pets remain under the full responsibility of their owners at all times. The organisers are not liable for any escape, loss, injury, or damage.
    2. Confinement Requirements: Pets must be securely confined (e.g., carrier, enclosed stroller, bag) when entering, exiting, and moving within the event space. Cats without proper confinement will not be allowed entry.
    3. Roaming Risks: Owners who choose to let their pets out (with or without a leash/harness) do so at their own risk. Please be aware that escape is possible, and organisers will not be responsible.
    4. Health & Safety: Pets must be healthy, up-to-date with vaccinations, and free of ticks and fleas.
    5. Supervision: Pets must be supervised at all times and not left unattended.
    6. Cleanliness: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
    7. Etiquette: Please be considerate. Seek consent before allowing pet interactions and remove your pet if signs of stress or aggression occur.
    8. Area Restrictions: Pets are welcome in the park area only. Please note that pets are not allowed inside the Majestic Lab.
  6. General Terms & Conditions
    1. Data Privacy: By registering for the microsite, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by Royal Canin for the purposes of managing this event and future marketing communications, in accordance with standard privacy policies.
    2. Technical Issues: Royal Canin is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, including but not limited to network issues, device incompatibility, or microsite downtime that may affect a participant's ability to collect stamps or redeem prizes.
    3. Right to Amend: Royal Canin reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the event, mechanism, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    4. Disqualification: The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the digital stamp collection process, creating multiple fraudulent accounts, or violating any event rules.
